The BYU Management Society: Las Vegas Chapter was reorganized in 2003 to serve our business community, particularly those who are BYU alumni and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

The organization is a gathering place for achievement-minded business people committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. It aims to be the business networking and service organization of choice for business people friendly to the Society's ideals.

Monthly Luncheons

Monthly luncheons cost $25 with an advance RSVP and $30 at the door.

BYU Management Society: Las Vegas Chapter monthly luncheons are held on the third Friday of each month, location TBA.

The networking luncheons feature speakers and topics of interest to community business leaders. For luncheon information contact the chapter president, Mark Cordner by email.

Membership

Annual membership is $50. Members also have the option of paying $300 for the year to cover membership dues and all twelve luncheons.

Membership in the BYU Management Society: Las Vegas Chapter is not restricted to BYU alumni or members of the Church. It is open to anyone interested in our purposes and the networking opportunities available through the association. We encourage you to support and consider becoming a member of this valuable networking organization.

Organizational Purpose

The BYU Management Society: Las Vegas Chapter is dedicated to improving the financial and civic opportunities of its members and friends. This is primarily done through our series of monthly luncheons featuring guest speakers chosen for their dynamic achievements, public service, or business-academics. The Society also sponsors community service programs and provides a valuable mentoring and employment resource to its members and friends.

The BYU Management Society was founded in 1977 by alumni and friends of BYU's Marriott School of Management.

The Society is comprised of business people from diverse educational, social, and religious backgrounds dedicated to a common goal of lifting one another and our community through high standards of ethical business conduct as well as the sharing of business experiences, skills, ideas and service.

The Chapter actively welcomes like-minded people into its membership and seeks to expand its presence and heighten its profile throughout Southern Nevada.

The Society believes as the great American poet, John Greenleaf Whittier: "Me lift thee and thee lift me, and we'll both ascend together."
